Warren Hosseinion, M.D.
Dr. Warren Hosseinion is the President of Nutex Health and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Clinigence Holdings, Inc. since February 2021, where he also chairs the Board of Directors. He co-founded Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMEH) in 2001, serving as CEO from 2008 to 2017 and Co-CEO until 2019. Under his leadership, ApolloMed grew into one of the nation’s premier physician-led integrated healthcare platforms.
Dr. Hosseinion holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of San Francisco, an M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and a Medical Degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Los Angeles County–USC Medical Center.
With extensive experience as a physician, entrepreneur, and public company executive, Dr. Hosseinion brings deep expertise in healthcare strategy, physician culture, and the public markets. His contributions provide valuable insights into both operational excellence and the healthcare market landscape.
Tommy Mårtensson
Tommy Mårtensson is a seasoned financial professional with over 40 years of experience in audit, financial advisory, and corporate strategy. He was a partner at Andersen Worldwide (1985–2002) and Deloitte Sweden (2002–2015), serving on their leadership teams and heading marketing efforts for the Swedish firms. During his tenure, he advised large and listed companies in technology, telecom, and financial services.
Since 2015, Tommy has focused on providing strategic and financial guidance to startups, primarily in technology and education, while serving as a board member for several ventures. A certified public accountant in Sweden until 2021, Tommy holds an MBA from the School of Economics in Lund and has attended executive training seminars across the US and Europe.
Karl Svantemark
Karl Svantemark is a Swedish entrepreneur and board professional with a background in mergers and acquisitions, legal advisory, and the tech sector. Leveraging his expertise in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and product development, Karl has led innovation and growth across multiple industries.
He is the Executive Chairman of Doors Live, a global broadcasting software company he founded in 2020. Karl also serves as Chairman of Fundrella, a transparency platform for asset managers, and Engaging Solutions (Kind), a company focused on improving interactions between patients and caregivers.
